THE WHEELING TOWN CENTER
WHEELING, ILLINOIS
The Wheeling Town Center is a $110 million, community-planned mixed-use development in the Village of Wheeling Illinois. This Transit Orientated Development includes a LEED-certified, five-story apartment building with over 300 luxury rental units. The Town Center incorporates the residential apartment building with 100,000 square feet of retail space revolving around an open-air Village Green. Selene Energy managed the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 500,800-watt rooftop solar system at the Town Center. The system consists of 1,252 400-watt JA Solar modules on an Ecofoot racking system with seven SMA inverters.
THE SHELDON AT SUFFERN STATION
SUFFERN, NEW YORK
The Sheldon is a $35 million, LEED-certified, Transit Orientated Development comprised of 92 market-rate rental units in the heart of the downtown area of the Village of Suffern. Selene Energy managed the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 86,400 watt rooftop solar system at The Sheldon. The system consists of 216 JA Solar modules on a Ecofoot racking system with two SolarEdge inverters.
CROWN PLAZA SUFFERN-MAHWAH
SUFFERN, NEW YORK
The Crowne Plaza is a 230 room, full-service hotel and conference center. Selene Energy managed the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 353,200 watt rooftop solar system at the Crowne Plaza. The system consists of 883 JA Solar modules on a Ecofoot racking system and with seven SMA inverters.
CHESTER MALL
CHESTER, NEW YORK
Chester Mall is a 200,000 square foot, open air retail center located in Orange County, New York. Selene Energy is managing the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 1,250,000-watt rooftop community solar system, which is currently in construction and expected to be completed in the fall of 2023.
ZEMI BEACH HOUSE AND SPA
ANGUILLA, BRITISH WEST INDIES
Zemi Beach is a $97 million, 129 room boutique hotel and residential community located along the beach in Shoal Bay on the island of Anguilla, British West Indies. Selene Energy is managing the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 1,039,500-watt ground mounted PPA solar system at the property with 1 megawatt of on-site battery storage. The project is currently in construction and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2023
AMERICAN CHRISTMAS HQ
MOUNT VERNON, NEW YORK
Selene Energy is managing the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 630,000-watt rooftop community solar system located at the American Christmas headquarters.The headquarters is in a 110,000 square foot warehouse on a 2.25-acre site in Westchester County, New York.The project is currently in construction and expected to be completed in the summer of 2023.
GRAND SLAM TENNIS CLUB
BEDFORD, NEW YORK
Grand Slam Tennis Club is one of two facilities owned by Hall of Fame tennis champion Ivan Lendl.Selene Energy is managing the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 199,360-watt rooftop community solar system at the club located in Westchester County, New York.The project is currently in construction and expected to be completed in the summer of 2023.

Achievement First is a growing network of 41 non-profit, high-performing K-12 public charter schools in Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island.Selene Energy is managing the finance, design, construction, and operations of a 320,000-watt rooftop PPA solar system located at Achievement First’s New Haven elementary/middle/high school.The project is currently in permitting and expected to be completed by the end of summer 2023.
